Thomas H. Martin, Jr.
Serves as a project representative and specialist in construction administration, including estimating, material procurement, and quality control. Mr. Martin brings to Nitram a vast array of knowledge in construction from both the public and private sectors. He has experience as an Engineering Inspector/Representative, and this affords him the insight as to the proper methods of practice in all construction fields. His experience includes management and administration of large civil construction projects, roads, sewer, water, gas, and other utility system construction. He has also been the administrator of an assortment of utility buildings, pump/lift stations.
Scott Martin
Brings a portfolio of knowledge in construction services from large to small. He is a project representative and specialist in excavation and building administration, including estimating, material procurement, and supervision, quality control, and safety control. He has experience as a site administrator and equipment operator. His experience also includes supervision of civil construction projects, athletic fields, site projects, public works-sewer, water, road and bridge construction projects, and municipal snow plowing contract services.
